Analysts question Infratil's CDC, Vodafone mobile towers valuations

Infratil's portfolio is looking very lopsided at the moment, with its digital infrastructure assets including the Canberra Data Centres (CDC) and Vodafone New Zealand accounting for 62%.One reason for that is the ever-escalating valuation of CDC. The valuers bumped it up another 30% to between A$2.78 billion and nearly A$3b this year, helping to deliver Infratil's manager, HRL Morrison & Co, an accrued annual incentive fee of $99.7 million for the year ended March.
