Fletcher Living seeks fast track to develop race course land

Fletcher Building said its residential development arm Fletcher Living has been selected by Auckland Thoroughbred Racing (ATR) to develop a 6.2 hectare parcel of land at Ellerslie known as The Hill for residential housing.The development is to include about 370 residential units in a mix of different housing types including apartments, duplex, terraced and detached houses, some of which will be allocated to Fletcher's retirement living business, Vivid Living.
