Teresa Rendo pulls out of Fletcher Building appointment

Fletcher Building says Teresa Rendo has pulled out of joining the company for personal reasons, so Bruce McEwen will remain head of the distribution division.McEwen had been earmarked to move into a new role called chief executive of digital foundations, with the aim of speeding up the improvement of the group's digitalisation.The appointment of Rendo, who has previously worked for Woolworths in Australia, to replace McEwen as head of distribution and McEwen's new role were announced last September."Given the change in circumstance...
