The supreme court has declined leave to appeal a ruling in favour of liquidator Victoria Toon, who had been accused of overcharging.A high court judge had initially found Toon overcharged and came to “unwarranted conclusions” during the liquidation process for Investacorp Holdings.But a trio of high court judges said late last year she was wrongly criticised.Investacorp shareholder Clive Quinn filed an appeal to the supreme court.However, Justices Susan Glazebrook, Mark O’Regan and Ellen France have denied leave.“We do n...
