Mobile phone marketing software developer Plexure reported a $24.1 million net loss for the year to March 31 as the company sought to turn around unprofitable service to its biggest customer, McDonald’s, under new leadership.“The legacy structure of the Plexure division has resulted in an unacceptable loss for the year,” said CEO Daniel Houden, who came to the company via the Australian company TASK, which Plexure bought in a shares and cash deal valued at $118m last September.“I will not accept the lack of profitability...
