ASX-listed Integral Diagnostics will buy Auckland’s Horizon Radiology for up to $33.3 million, expanding its presence on this side of the Tasman.The Australian firm will pay $30.3m in cash upfront, and up to a further $3m over the next two years, depending on whether earnings targets are met.The deal includes eight radiology clinics, which are projected to contribute earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation of $3.5m to $4m in the June financial year.Chief executive Dr Ian Kadish said Horizon’s GP-referred obstetr...
