Wellington-founded financial services firm FNZ has made another acquisition, buying Zurich-based automation firm Appway.This purchase follows on from its recent acquisition of retail investment platform Hatch, which was also founded in Wellington.FNZ, which was spun out of Jarden – then called First NZ Capital, provides a complete transaction and custody platform to wealth managers, banks, insurers and asset managers in 18 countries across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.Appway's cloud-based automation software makes it faster...
