New Zealanders' interest in investing in shares has risen sharply in the last year and interest in doing this through digital platforms such as Sharesies, Hatch and Stake has also increased, according to a survey of more than 2,000 people.The survey conducted by CoreData for the Financial Services Council in April found 30.2% owned NZ shares, up from 23.2% a year earlier, while 18.8% owned international shares.Investment in managed funds rose only marginally to 17.6% from 17% a year earlier.The only other form of investment to show a marked...
