Spark is adding two new non-executive directors to its board with Sheridan Broadbent from Manawa Energy (formerly Trustpower) and former Ryman Healthcare chief executive Gordon MacLeod joining the ranks.This will plump the board to nine members until the telco’s annual general meeting in November, when 11-year board member Paul Berriman will retire.Following the meeting, if there are no further changes, half of Spark’s board will be female and half male.
