Summerset Group has reported a record number of resale settlements for the quarter ending 30 June 2023, with 273 sales comprising 126 new sales and 147 resales.
The company has achieved 483 settlements for 1H23 and is on track to deliver approximately 625-675 homes in FY23.
Construction is underway at 17 sites around New Zealand and at Summerset's Cranbourne North village in Australia, with presales commencing next month.
