Blackpearl Group has reported a significant increase in annual recurring revenue (ARR) for the second quarter of the 2025-26 financial year.
The company's ARR reached $19.5 million, up 87% compared to the same period last year and 39% higher than the previous quarter.
This marks the first quarter where all four of Blackpearl's growth drivers, Pearl Diver, Bebop, B2B Rocket, and Wholesale, were live and contributing simultaneously.
The company's chief executive, Nick Lissette, said the strategic moves made during the quarter, including the acquisition of B2B Rocket and the expansion into wholesale, have positioned Blackpearl for its next phase of growth.
Blackpearl Group is now focused on expanding its Australian shareholder base on the ASX and reaching its target of $50m ARR.
