Cooks Coffee, the international coffee-focused cafe chain, has reported a 111% increase in group revenues for the six months ended Sept 30, 2025.
Revenues reached $5.77 million, compared to $2.74m in the same period last year.
The company attributed $2.5m of the revenue increase to its company-managed stores in Ireland, which are operated in partnership with Dairygold.
Like-for-like revenue growth was 19.3%, with a total of four stores operating in this way.
However, group ebitda, excluding depreciation, amortisation, and impairment loss, decreased to $606,000 from $807,000 in the previous year.
Cooks Coffee's net profit before tax from continuing business was $68,000, down from $530,000.
The company had 96 operating stores in the UK and Ireland at the end of September, up from 89 in March.
It also achieved $1.769m of debt reduction during the period.
