John Scott appointed Gentrack's non-executive director

Gentrack has announced the appointment of John Scott as a non-executive director, effective from January 1, 2026.

Scott, who has extensive experience in global technology, digital transformation, and business strategy, was appointed by the board as an additional director.

He previously served as the chief executive of Invenco and is currently the executive chair of EROAD, chair of AoFrio and Digital Matter, and chair of Vessev.

Scott is considered an independent director as defined by the NZX listing rules.
