Manuka Resources has announced the appointment of Rod Griffith as its executive general manager of operations.
Griffith will be responsible for the Wonawinta silver project and the Mt Boppy gold project.
He will oversee the plant upgrade and the restart of silver production at the Wonawinta facility, with production expected to commence in the second quarter of 2026.

The company also revealed its 10-year mine plan to produce 13.2 million ounces of silver at an average cost of $35 per ounce.
It said there have been no material changes to the assumptions used in that release.
Manuka Resources remains fully unhedged to both gold and silver prices.
