Promisia Healthcare has upgraded its earnings guidance for the 2025 financial year, now expecting underlying ebitdaf of at least $6.1 million.

This represents more than 45% year-on-year growth, compared to the previous guidance of "in excess of 25% growth".

The company's group care occupancy for September 2025 averaged 90%, a new milestone.

Aldwins House recorded the highest occupancy in its history, averaging 90% and reaching 130 residents across 144 beds at month end.

In addition, Promisia announced its partnership with Hercules Health as its resident management system partner.

The rollout of the Hercules platform has already begun at Golden View and Ripponburn, and is in place at the Feilding and Christchurch sites.

Promisia expects to release its interim results for the first half of the 2026 financial year in mid-November.
