Scales Corporation has announced the retirement of director Alan Isaac and the appointment of Paul Munro as his successor.
Isaac, who served on the board for over 11 years, including as chair of the audit and risk management committee, retired on October 14, 2025.
Munro, an independent non-executive director and chair of the audit and risk management committee, brings extensive governance experience from various public and private entities.
His appointment is effective immediately.
Munro is also an independent non-executive director of New Zealand King Salmon and holds chair or director roles in several private companies.
