Smartpay Holdings held a special meeting of shareholders today, both in person and online.
The meeting, which commenced at 12.30pm NZDT (10.30am AEDT), took place at The Ionic Room, Sydney Masonic Centre, in Sydney, as well as on the Computershare Online Meeting Portal.
Shareholders were provided with the chairman's address and presentation, which were made available for reference.
