SNC – 2021 Annual Meeting Result

At the Annual Shareholder Meeting of Southern Charter Financial Group Limited (NZX:SNC) held on 30 September 2021, shareholders were asked to vote on two resolutions, which were supported by the Board.

As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.

The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
• That John Cilliers be re-elected as a director of the Company.
• That the Board is authorised to fix the remuneration of the Company’s auditors for the forthcoming year.
