Results of Vital Limited Annual Shareholder Meeting
At Vital Limited’s shareholder meeting, held online today, shareholders were asked to vote on 3 resolutions, which were supported by the Board.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
• That Nathan York, who retires and is eligible for election, be re-elected as a director of the Company.
• That Reginald Barrett, who retires and is eligible for election, be re-elected as a director of the Company.
• That the Directors be authorised to fix the fees and expenses of the Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 30 June 2022.
All above resolutions passed as detailed in the attached.
