Annual Meeting Now Online - Amendment to Notice of Meeting

MEETING
Wed, Oct 20 2021 12:00 pm

Marsden Maritime Holdings Limited previously released the notice of meeting for their Annual Meeting of shareholders due to be held on Thursday 4 November 2021 at 2.00pm.

Due to the current uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 and Alert Level status, the Board of Directors of Marsden Maritime Holdings have decided to hold the Annual Meeting online, rather than in person at Marsden Cove Marina as previously advised. The Board’s concern is keeping shareholders and guests safe and has determined that a virtual meeting is the safest method of holding a meeting at this time.

Accordingly, shareholders will only be able to participate in the Annual Meeting online. Attached is a virtual meeting guide with information for shareholders on how to participate in the meeting.

Shareholders still retain the option of either voting at the meeting on 4 November 2021 or by completing a Proxy Voting Form or appointing a proxy vote on their behalf and returning the Proxy Voting Form to Computershare Investor Services Limited by 2:00pm 2 November 2021.

Amendment to Notice of Meeting

The Company has decided to withdraw the resolution concerning a proposed increase in Directors’ fees. Accordingly, Resolution 4 is no longer going to be put to shareholders at the meeting and the matter will be revisited at a later date.
