Results of Good Spirits Hospitality Limited Annual Shareholder Meeting
At Good Spirits Hospitality Limited’s shareholder meeting, held online today, shareholders were asked to vote on three resolutions, which were supported by the Board.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
• That Carl Carrington, who is retiring by rotation and, being eligible, be re-elected as a Director of the Company.
• That John Seton, who was appointed a Director by the Board during the year, be elected as a Director of the Company.
• That the Board be authorised to fix the fees and expenses of BDO Auckland as the Company’s auditor.

The S&P/NZX 50 Index closed at 12,105.29, up 94.62 points or 0.79%.
HLG shares rose 1.9% to $6.42 on early trading.
