Truscreen Unlisted Option Issue
TRUSCREEN GROUP LIMITED
Truscreen Group Limited advises that it has issued new unlisted share options as follows:
Class of security: Unlisted Options (TRUOC) 2,500,000
Price: The options are exercisable at a price of NZ$0.10 cents per share before 7 September 2024
Payment: Nil
Percentage of total class of unlisted options TRUOC: 100% (and 21.7% of the total unlisted options (TRUOB and TRUOC) post issue.
Reason for the issue: Directors and employees remuneration incentives
Authority for issue: Approved by shareholders at Annual Meeting held on 7 September 2021, Resolution 4.
Number of securities after issue: Ordinary shares 362,866,253
Unlisted options 11,500,000.
Option terms TRUOB: 9,000,000 exercisable at NZ$0.15 cents per share with expiry date of 27 August 2022, date of issue: 24 September 2019
Option terms TRUOC: 2,500,000 exercisable at NZ $0.10 cents per share with expiry date of 7 September 2024, date of issue: 29 December 2021
