Harmoney Corp Limited (ASX:HMY) (Harmoney or the Company), advises that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, the following securities will be released from voluntary escrow:

Number of securities - 28,259,328
Class of security - Fully paid ordinary shares
Release date - 1 March 2022

To facilitate the Company’s initial public offering and listing on the ASX and NZX, certain security holders agreed to place the above securities into voluntary escrow until after the Company's results for the financial half year ending 31 December 2021 are released to ASX and NZX.
