Lender Waiver of Interest
GSH advises that it has agreed a waiver with its lender Pacific Dawn Limited in respect of the interest due and payable for the quarter ended 31 March 2022. The waiver has been provided as a result of the impact of COVID related restrictions. The unpaid interest will be capitalised to the outstanding loan.
