Annual Meeting and Director Nominations

Pushpay Holdings Limited (NZSX:PPH, ASX:PPH, ‘Pushpay’ or ‘the Company’) announces that its 2022 Annual Meeting is to be held on 16 June 2022 at 11:00 am (NZT) by way of a virtual meeting. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, Pushpay has decided to hold its Annual Meeting online. Shareholders will only be able to participate online. Further details relating to the virtual meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting, which will be distributed in due course.
For the purposes of NZX Main Board Listing Rule 2.3.2, Pushpay advises that the opening date for nominations for directors is today, 20 April 2022 (NZT). The closing date for nominations for directors will be 6 May 2022 (NZT). All nominations must be received by 5:30 pm (NZT) on the closing date.
Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting, and should be accompanied by consent in writing of the person nominated and contain sufficient information to enable shareholders to make an informed decision as to whether or not to elect the candidate.
