Release from Voluntary Escrow

DGL Group Limited (ASX:DGL) (NZX:DGC), advises that pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, 8,468,041 quoted fully paid ordinary shares are due to be released from voluntary escrow on 1 May 2022.

The shares, issued to vendors as part consideration for the acquisition of Ausblue Group Pty Ltd and Profill Industries Pty Ltd, which were subject to a voluntary escrow period of 6 months.
