Embark Education redeems remaining medium-term notes

Embark Education Limited (NZX/ ASX: EVO) advises that it has exercised its option for early redemption of the remaining medium-term notes (principal amount of AUD20,676,000 on issue) and fully repaid these notes on 5 December 2022.
The notes incurred an interest rate of 7.5% p.a. and were redeemed at the early redemption option price of 102% of face value.
