BIF D&O Ongoing Disclosure of Relevant Interests

Please see attached ongoing disclosure notice for director and senior manager relevant interests in relation to the Booster Innovation Fund (BIF) for transactions undertaken on 1 December and 5 December 2022. The transactions include Booster Financial Services Limited (the parent company of the Manager) purchasing units from the Fund and offering these units of the NZX Main Board, as announced on 30 November 2022.
