The Company announces that it agreed on 7 December 2022 to allot 150,000 Ordinary Shares at 267.5p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share as at the close of business on 7 December 2022 was 259.2p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 9 December 2022. As at 9 December 2022 the issued share capital and total voting rights will be 156,758,564.
