Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.20.1(a), SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited (SkyCity) advises that Claire Walker has resigned and will step down from the role of Chief People and Culture Officer at the end of March 2023 to pursue a new career opportunity.

SkyCity Chief Executive Officer, Michael Ahearne, commented “Claire has been a valued member of the Senior Leadership Team since August 2016 and has made a significant contribution to the SkyCity Entertainment Group. During her time at SkyCity, Claire has led the development and implementation of a people and culture strategy across the Group and has had executive responsibility for sustainability across all areas of the business. On behalf of the Senior Leadership Team and the Board, I wish Claire the very best for her future endeavours.”
