NZX Product Operations (“NZXO”) wishes to advise that the announcement “SPH Notice - FirstCape Group Limited” released under Fletcher Building Limited's ticker code (“FBU”) at 10:53am today has been retracted without replacement.

The announcement was retracted by NZX as the allocation was prematurely included in the holdings for FirstCape Group Limited. This error led to the issuance of an initial market notice, which is incorrect and FirstCape Group Limited does not have a substantial holding.
