Sky Network Television and Spark New Zealand appear to have buried the hatchet when it comes to entertainment, with the pay-TV operator buying the telco’s streaming Lightbox service for an undisclosed sum.
The companies have signed a conditional sale and purchase agreement that’s expected to be completed during the next few months. The deal includes a transitional period where Spark will provide support for the Lightbox service while they both work to transition the platform to Sky, they said in a statement.
