Sky buys Spark’s Lightbox for undisclosed sum

Sky Network Television and Spark New Zealand appear to have buried the hatchet when it comes to entertainment, with the pay-TV operator buying the telco’s streaming Lightbox service for an undisclosed sum.The companies have signed a conditional sale and purchase agreement that’s expected to be completed during the next few months.
