Infrastructure firm Fulton Hogan has reported a net profit of $357.8 million for the June 2025 year as managing director Cos Bruyn steps aside for new group CEO Graham Johnson.“Cos’ tenure has been characterised by remarkable growth, well-managed decisions, and a relentless focus on safety,” chairman Dean Hamilton said.Long-term director Peter Brecht also retires from the board this year, and Hamilton paid tribute, saying Brecht had been an “invaluable contributor to Fulton Hogan’s governance over the past 12 years...
