The Australian Financial Review has reported BGH Capital and the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan have managed to get Abano's board to unanimously endorse a $4.45 per share scheme of arrangement, valuing the company at $117 million. The BGH offer scrapped five months ago amid the coronavirus crisis was at $5.70 per share, valuing Abano at $149.8 million.
