Goodman Trust's value rose about $415m between Sept and March

Goodman Property Trust's manager said the value of the trust's industrial properties has risen by $415 million, or about 12.5%, according to a draft from the trust's independent valuers.Goodman NZ said the increase is in addition to the $140m revaluation recorded at Sept 30 and means the portfolio should be valued at about $3.8 billion at March 31.
