Australian developer Ninety Four Feet has it sights firmly set on New Zealand, and more than $2 billion in the property pipeline to boot.First up is 51 Albert, a $250 million upmarket hotel and apartment project which broke ground on Thursday, It will feature a 30 level, 225 room luxury Indigo hotel, one of six being rolled out through Australasia by the Intercontinental Hotel brand. It's the first NZ venture for the Melbourne based group, which counts both the A$120m Sheraton Aloft Hotel in Sydney and A$80m, 125 apartment Frankie Yarr...
