Tourism Industry Aotearoa (TIA) says trebling the arrival and departure levy for air travellers will be another spoke in the wheels of New Zealand's tourism recovery.Border processing levies, set at $20.11 and $20.06 including GST for arriving air and cruise passengers, respectively, have been used to fund customs and biosecurity services since 2016.
