Air New Zealand is pressing ahead with plans to require more than half its people to be vaccinated against covid-19 after delta “changed the playing field”.The national carrier already has about 2,300 frontline staff who have to be vaccinated by government order, and it will expand that to about 4,000 of its 7,840 full-time equivalent employees after a three-week consultation on whether a broader blanket was needed to meet its obligations to keep staff safe at work.
