The liquidators of Eric Watson’s Cullen Group are joining the party in trying to extract money from the expatriate businessman.KPMG’s Vivian Fatupaito and Luke Norman tried negotiating with Watson to try to claw back the $57 million he owed to the group’s main holding company, Cullen Investments, to no avail and will try to force the issue through the courts.“Proceedings against Mr Watson have been drafted and are ready to be filed, after finalising a logistical matter regarding service of the relevant documents,”...
