Justices Mark Cooper, Helen Winkelmann and Joe Williams upheld a ruling in the High Court allowing Northern Crest liquidators Anthony McCullagh and Stephen Lawrence of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency to claw back the 2010 payments.
