Auckland average house price rises 3.9% in June from May as sales fall: Barfoot

By Jonathan Underhill July 5 (BusinessDesk) - Auckland's average house price rose in June while the volume of sales fell, according to realtor Barfoot & Thompson, which said the market was still characterised by "very tight supply". The average sales price rose 3.9 percent to $908,343 in June from May, to be 9.9 percent higher than in June 2015, based on sales data from Barfoot, the city's largest real estate firm.
