By Sophie Boot March 3 (BusinessDesk) - Auckland house prices fell from a peak in February but were still higher than a year ago, and prices are likely to start rising again, according to the city's largest realtor. The median sale price in the month was $738,000, down 2.9 percent on January but up 7.5 percent on February 2015, Barfoot & Thompson said in a statement.
