Two worrying signs have emerged in the past week that suggest New Zealand Rugby’s Silver Lake deal could yet unravel. The deal with the American private equity company was questionable from the outset, in my view. And I’ve seen little since to inspire confidence that it will prove the masterstroke we were all ensured it would be.
