High vaccination levels have earned Auckland retailers the prize of being able to open their doors from Wednesday, with the expectation the region will move to the new traffic light framework by the end of the month.Prime minister Jacinda Ardern confirmed that the city – which has spent 83 days in lockdown – will move to alert level 3, step 2 tomorrow at midnight.
