MIQ system investigated as being 'unfit' and 'unfair'

Chief ombudsman Peter Boshier is launching an investigation into the managed isolation and quarantine (MIQ) booking system after receiving about 200 complaints from frustrated users.Boshier, who is empowered to investigate and report on public sector agencies, said the complaints alleged the system is unfit for purpose, unfair and poorly managed.
