The alert level 3 boundary in Waikato has been expanded to include Otorohanga, Te Awamutu and Cambridge after positive cases were yesterday found in Kawhia.Covid response minister Chris Hipkins said ministers considered health advice this morning and “out of an abundance of caution” decided to extend the boundary as far south as Te Kuiti.This brings Kawhia, Otorohanga, Te Awamutu, and Cambridge into level 3 restrictions from midnight tonight.Hamilton Airport is now captured within the boundary and travel from the airport will be res...
