The Electricity Authority has confirmed it will proceed with reform of how the sector’s transmission costs are divided in the latest stage of what is a controversial and litigious process with big winners and losers in terms of power costs.Transpower and the sector regulator have been working for years on recalculating what is known as the transmission pricing methodology (TPM).
