Z Energy says it is unlikely all its fuel types across the country will be blended with biofuel as it moves to meet the government’s new mandate.On Wednesday, the government confirmed it will bring in a biofuels mandate to take effect from April 2023.However, unlike other countries which specify a percentage of how much biofuel should be blended with fuels such as petrol and diesel, the mandate requires the use of biofuel to reduce overall emissions of fuel importers.From 1 April 2023, fuel wholesalers are expected to reach a starting emi...
