Euro Corp to defend fair trading charges over steel mesh standards

By Paul McBeth Jan. 22 (BusinessDesk) - Euro Corporation will defend charges laid by the Commerce Commission accusing the steel products maker and distributor of breaching the Fair Trading Act in the sale of a ductile steel mesh product.  Auckland-based Euro Corp said in a statement it will "vigorously contest" 59 charges relating to the sale of its SE615 ductile steel mesh between 2012 and 2015, after being served last week.
